Being prepared for class is the best way to ensure success in any course. Though student's have varying degrees of organizational skills and preferences, it is always important to have some simple basics covered.

1. Always bring your COVERED book to class unless otherwise noted. Some classes will be small enough to use the extra books available when needed. Others will use the text sparingly, but it is best to ask whether you'll need your book or not.
2. Never forget a writing utensil. This is Basic Responsibility 101.
3. Have some kind of organizer, preferably a three ring binder. You will receive packets and handouts. You need a place to keep them

Being prepared means you are ready to learn.
